Wellriver Games makes games that keep your information on your own device. This policy explains what little we handle, and why.
Who we are
Wellriver Games (“we”) is an independent game studio in the Republic of Korea. This policy covers our games and this website, wellrivergames.com.
What our games collect
Our games do not ask you to create an account and do not collect personal information. Your progress, items and settings are saved only on your device, and we cannot see them.
Our games do not contain advertising and do not use third-party analytics or tracking. If a future version offers in-app purchases, payment is handled entirely by Apple. We never receive your name or payment details.
Messages you send us
If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include. We use it only to answer you and to fix the problem you reported. We keep support messages for up to one year after the matter is closed, then delete them, unless a law requires us to keep them longer.
This website
This website does not use cookies, analytics or tracking. Our hosting provider processes basic technical data, such as IP addresses, to deliver pages and block abuse. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when your browser requests them.

We use a small number of providers to run this site and our email. They process data only on our behalf.

Sharing
We do not sell personal information and do not share it with anyone else, except where the law requires it.
Children
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Our games work fully without any personal information.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to show, correct or delete any information we hold about you, which in practice means the emails you have sent us. Write to contact@wellrivergames.com and we will reply without undue delay.
Changes
If a future version of our games begins to collect any data, for example crash reports, we will update this policy before that version is released and change the date above.
